Training programmes are designed around your everyday life
Our approach:
Concurrent (Concurrent Training) Training in strength training and endurance training in various workouts, either on the same or on different days.
Hybrid Training during which, the stimuli of cultivating strength together with those of endurance interact within the same training unit.
Contrast Training, in which strength stimuli work with those of speed / power.
TACTICAL FITNESS
A very important subcategory is that of tactical populations and first responders. And especially as regards the special forces - units of military & law enforcement -services and immediate intervention units, whose level of physical condition and strength is comparable to that of Olympic athletes. We are in a position to provide preparatory training for candidates – national and international - of these units, that would see them through their initial evaluation, their successful completion of their training and last but not least , the demanding requirements of their work.
This segment concerns tactical populations. Special Forces personnel and other staff members of the Armed Forces, Police, Coast Guard, Fire Brigade, members of the National Centre for Emergency Assistance.
