Ever since I can remember myself, I have always had a passionate relationship with Truth. I was always looking for it, and whenever I found it, I thought I would have it forever.

But Τruth would always slip through my fingers until the next time we met again.

And whenever I ran into an aspect of Truth I felt an invincible need to share it.
Maybe I could help someone walking down a parallel path with me.

Being a coach/trainer for most of my life, the truths I discovered through the combination of scientific knowledge, coaching experience and my quests, helped every day trainees and champions / elite athletes to exceed their limits. To have them shift the goalposts further and further and overcome them over and over again.

From the podium in the world’s most important ultra races, as the Spartathlon, to the lonely 1000 kilometers races from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic on the mountain tops οf the Pyrenees (TransPyrenea), and from the Extreme Triathlons to the transcendence of the “man in the street”, I always am, and will continue being, next to the exerciser. I will always expand my own limits of knowledge because you deserve new horizons.
