We expand our horizons to help you exceed your limits!
Knowledge is of essence only if it serves to improving mankind on all levels.
That is why we, at Tzanetakis Lab, believe that knowledge accumulated from scientific studies and decades of training experience, is only of any value if it serves the challenge of exceeding personal limits and achieving the life goals that each trainee/ athlete sets for him/herself, be that a elite athlete, the “everyday fellow” or a clinical population.
Everyone should and can have the optimal support he/she deserves seeing that our time is valuable as is our effort. What we provide our athletes/trainees is the optimal approach that would lead to the best results within the framework of the existing means on a case-by-case basis, thus simultaneously minimising the possibility of an exercise-related injury.
