Designing programmes with resistances (weights, plyometric, etc.) which are particularly beneficial for cycling.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1011\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tzanetakis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/check.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"15\" \/>\u00a0Running sessions, that, in addition to the development of normal physiological parameters, aim to optimise fat max (ie the highest rate of fat oxidation at the highest possible speeds). The development of this feature in conjunction with the management of competition-related energy intake, practically eliminates the feeling of \u00abhitting the wall\u00bb or \u00abrunning on empty\u00bb.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1011\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tzanetakis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/check.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"15\" \/>\u00a0\u0399n each case, improvement of the physical abilities that determine the performance and output in each of these three sports
